Historic District Commission

The City of New Baltimore Historic District Commission is charged with promoting the educational, cultural, economic and general welfare of the City of New Baltimore through the preservation and protection of the distinctive characteristics of buildings and places of historic interest within the established historic district and other historic designated areas. The Commission reviews any proposed work affecting the exterior appearance of any structure, site or its appurtenances within the historic district, including construction, alteration, repair, moving of structures, demolition and signage.

Meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month with the exception of July and November. Please check the monthly calendar for updates on meeting schedules.
