Local Development Finance Authority

The purpose of the Local Development Finance Authority of the City of New Baltimore is to provide for those public improvements necessary or desirable to facilitate, promote and sustain industrial development within the established district of the Local Development Finance Authority of the City of New Baltimore. Public facilities to be improved or repaired include necessary and desired street construction, reconstruction and the installation of underground storm drains.
