Submit these two numbers to Angela in Utility Billing for a credit on the sewer portion of your utility bill. (*Please note, you are not eligible for a pool fill credit if you have a sprinkler meter).
If you would like to have a sprinkler meter installed, contact the Building Department at 586-725-2151, ext. 105. You can get the information for the price of the meter and the permit as well as hook-up details.

A payment plan does NOT eliminate a penalty charge being put on an account that is not paid by the due date. A payment plan WILL eliminate a Shut Off Notice being sent out. Payment plants must be made before the due date printed on the utility bill. If you would like to set up a payment plan, you can contact Angela in Utility Billing at 586-725-2151, ext. 111.
Late fees are applied to utility bills the day AFTER the due date printed on the utility bill. The late fee amount is 10% of the bill.
