Purpose

The purpose of the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) is to provide essential citizen input to the City Council and Administration as a recognized component of the decision making process.

Duties

The CAC is expected to perform in a positive and collaborative manner to gather information and formulate opinions, advice, non-binding recommendations and suggestions on governmental affairs and services affecting the City of New Baltimore and its citizens. The CAC acts only in an advisory capacity to the City Council and Administration. Other responsibilities include the selection of the Citizen and Business of the Year.
