Festival Park is a 31 acre park that is being developed as a multi-sport complex for the Anchor Bay community. the park currently has 2 multi-sport fields that can host soccer, lacrosse, or football. also on the site is the Larry Gingas & Family Baseball/Softball Complex which has 4 youth baseball/softball fields and is the home of the New Baltimore Youth Baseball & Softball Leagues.

There is also a 1 mile walking/running track that goes around the entire boundary of the park.

Additional funding sources are being researched in order to improve the park infrastructure, as well as the park amenities for the visitors of the park.
