The last day to receive an absentee ballot by mail is, by law, the Friday before Election Day.
The last day to pick up an absentee ballot is the Saturday before Election Day, at the Clerk's Office between 8:00am - 4:00pm.
The last day to receive an absentee ballot is on the Monday before Election Day, at the Clerk's Office by 4:00pm. This must be voted in house.
If you need to spoil your absentee ballot, you must fill out this affidavit, bring it to the Clerk's Office, and you will be able to get a new ballot. In order to spoil your absentee ballot and get a new one, we must have the signed, written request for a new one.
