During the State of Emergency: 

The City of New Baltimore will suspend all water turn off’s during this time. For the utility bills that is due on either April 7, 2020 OR May 5, 2020, no late fees will be assessed for accounts that do not make payments in full.(Please note that there are 3 billing routes in the City of New Baltimore, so if you do not have a current utility bill that is due on either of these dates, your bill has not been calculated and sent out yet). Please continue to try and make partial payments if you are able to. There will be no interruptions to your rubbish services.
