You can drop off your scarecrow at City Hall on Tuesday, September 22, and Wednesday, September 23 from 6pm - 8pm. 

DPS will put them up on September 24th & 25th. 

Scarecrows are on display Downtown from September 26 - November 2. 

Winner are announced at the pavilion at Burke Park on Sunday, November 1 at 11am. 

DPS will take scarecrows down on November 3rd; people can pick up their scarecrows at the back of City Hall in the fenced area from November 3rd - 6th (If not picked up by November 6th, DPS will dispose of them).
