Final Utility Bills
Information Needed:
- Property address
- Date final bill is needed for
- Email address or mailing address (to send bill when complete)
Please Note:
- Final bills may take up to 3 business days to complete, if you need the final bill right away, try and request it before the closing date.
- We do not accept final reads taken from residents; our Water Department must get the final read.
- The final reads are done remotely; no one has to be present at the property.
- You must provide a specific date for the final bill; even if we cannot get the bill done that day, we will still make sure the bill has the requested date on it (unless the requested date is more than about a week past).
- If a final utility bill is not paid, this bill amount will become the responsibility of the new homeowner or tenant as water stays with the property in New Baltimore.
Please submit your final bill requests to Angela!
