Shut Off Notices
Shut Off Notice Details:
- Shut Off Notices are a red bill that are sent out about 10 business days after the original billing due date if there is a balance still owed on the account.
- At least 10 additional business days are given to pay the Shut Off notices.
- Once a Shut Off Notice is sent out, no payment arrangement or extensions can be set up.
- Shut Off Notices must be paid in full to avoid a water turn off.
Water Turn Off:
- If your water gets shut off as a result of nonpayment, the utility account balance must be paid in full for the service to be turned back on.
- There is a $46.00 turn on fee if the water is turned back on before 3:00pm.
- There is a $100.00 turn on fee if the water is turned back on after 3:00pm.
